LIVING IT UP IN DOWNTOWN TORONTO

Exploration and discovery are at the heart of The Well experience. Green spaces, convenient pedestrian-first living and a year-round open-air covered promenade encourage exploration and discovery, creating a gathering space and building a stronger sense of community.

The Well is Toronto's next master planned community that makes life easy and connects all your needs:

With easy access to everything that Toronto demands, expects and deserves: transit, culture, wellness, sustainability, diverse food options, inspiring workplaces and curated entertainment.

Condominiums will consist of 1,587 residential units in total, with 792 being one-bedroom suites, 517 being two-bedroom suites and 174 allocated for three-bedroom suites.

Each building – with the exception of the 36-storey office tower – will contain at least two uses, with some housing all three; retail, residential and office. This will create a lively, mixed community.

Renowned architectural firm Hariri Pontarini has signed on to design this project, and careful consideration has gone into the structure and aesthetic of the complex. Each tower will have a striking modern look, while being anchored by a lower base building that will house retail shops on the first two floors. The base buildings will feature brick-based facades, a nod to the historic, industrial charm of many buildings in the Fashion District.

LOCATION & NEIGHBOURHOOD

map.png

The Fashion District is a small but lively enclave in downtown Toronto. With strong historical roots, the area gets its name from the role it once played in the garment and textile industry. Today many former garment warehouses have been converted into artists’ studios and galleries, technology offices, coffee bars and residential loft buildings. The area is a vibrant mix of artists, musicians, designers and professionals.

Many residents are attracted to the area by its proximity to King Street West, home to some of the city’s trendiest clubs, bars and restaurants.

You’re also a short walk away from The Financial District, a high-density employment area home to many major corporate offices. It’s estimated that 200,000 people work there by day.

The site of this downtown condominium development scores an enviable 100/100 on its transit score and score of 97 on its Walk Score , making it easy to get around the city. The 24-hour Spadina streetcar runs right past the door, while the nearest subway station is a few short blocks away. From St. Andrews Station, it’s one stop to Union Station, which connects you to the GO train and the Union Pearson Express. Using transit, it’s a few minutes in either direction to get to both Ryerson University and The University of Toronto, plus a future OCAD University campus planned for another development just a few blocks away on King Street West.

Tenants and homeowners alike will love living in this downtown neighbourhood where everything you need – and more - is at your fingertips.
